FINLEY EDGAR DIES AT AGE 86

Hicksille Man's Funeral Will Be Conducted Saturday

Hicksville, Nov. 11 - Finley P. Edgar, 86, died Thursday at his home in West Edgerton street after many months illness due to carcinoma of the face.

Mr. Edgar was born in Paulding county and later resided on a farm in Milford township. About 15 years ago, the family moved to Hicksville where he had since resided. Mrs. Edgar died a number of years ago.

He is survived by two sons, Jewel, who resided with his father here, and Claron of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Flora Bowlby, Antwerp, and Mrs. Lovina Ames, Bellville, Mich.

The body was removed to the Perkins and Reeb funeral home where it will remain for the funeral which will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. in charge of Rev. T. W. Bennett. Interment will be in Scipio cemetery.
