Beulah Evelyn Blizzard, 65, died Thursday morning at her home, North Colonial Ave., in Westminster. Born in Winfield, she was a member of the Westminster United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Oliver and Clara Barnes Fogle. She is survived by her husband Wilbur E. Blizzard, two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle M. Therit of Manchester and Mrs. Viola Wineholt of Westminster; and two brothers, Edwin Fogle of Ellicott City and James V. Fogle of Winfield.- The Times 26 Jan 1979
