Argyle, March 4 - Mrs. Eunice Sawdon, 59, former resident here many years, died Sunday afternoon after an extended illness in her home in Drayton Plains, Mich.

The former Miss Levi Fair, was born in Limerick Township, Ont. Nov. 3, 1888 and was married to Levi Sawdon Dec. 12, 1906, in Deckerville. Mr. and Mrs. Sawdon moved to Drayton Plains six months ago.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the home of Floyd Sawdon and at 2 p.m. in Wheatland Mennonite church. Rev O. P. Eastman, Detroit and Rev. C. B. Wilson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery, Deckerville.

The remains will be in the Hacker Funeral parlors. Sandusky, until Tuesday when they will be taken to the home of a son, Floyd Sawdon, near Argyle.

Mrs. Sawdon is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. William Brian, Clarkston, Mrs Stanley H Frusher, Pontiac; two sons, Floyd Sawdon, Deckerville, and Harold Sawdon, Detroit; three sisters, Mrs. Eliza Nunham, Melford, Mich., Mrs. Jennie Howard, Snover, and Mrs. Walter Wood, Deckerville; two brothers Mallard Fair, Port Huron, and Orville Fair, Deckerville, and six grandchildren."
