Robert Dunbar Vreeland, Jr., age 63, a 24 year resident of Belleville, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at his home.

He was born on March 5, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Robert Dunbar & Barbara (Shephard) Vreeland, Sr.

Robert is survived by his wife, Barbara (McMaster) Vreeland, 2 sons, Robert D. (Lisa) Vreeland and James Vreeland, his step-mother, Ginny Vreeland and 3 grandchildren, Ella, Samantha & Riley, a sister, Sue (Wade) Sander and 3 brothers-in-law, Jim, Angus and Joe McMaster. Special thanks to dear friends, Pat Clements, Ernie Martin and Ed & Tracey York.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and grandparents.

He enjoyed working as the store manager at the local Farmer Jack grocery store for 25 years. Robert loved spending time around the campfire with friends and family. He enjoyed woodworking and tinkering with tools, and the like, in his shed.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Arrangements by David C. Brown Temporary Viewing & Funeral Chapel, 500 E. Huron River Drive, Belleville, MI.
