The correct name is "Tack," but apparently an obituary appeared with "Pack" instead, resulting in the duplicate memorial.

Richard Pack, 74, Wellsburg, died suddenly of a heart attack while driving his car near here Monday afternoon.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the family home and at 2 p.m. from St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed. Church northwest of Wellsburg in charge of the Rev. E. H. Buschman. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

MR. PACK is survived by the widow; five sons, Harvey of Aplington, Lawrence of Waterloo, Melvin and Dale of Holland and Kenneth of Wellsburg; two brothers, Philip and Weyo of Grundy Center; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
