Funeral services were held Wednesday, Novemer 5 for Edith Isebrand, 85. Rev. Larry Ten Haken officiated at the 1:30 p.m. services in the Ramsey Reformed Church.

Casket bearers were her grandsons, Bruce, Darrell, Dennis, Mark, Michael, Ted, David and Rodney Isebrand, Allen and Terry Gross.

Interment was in the Ramsey Reformed Church Cemetery with Garry-Roberts-Murphy-Schaaf Funeral Home of Titonka in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Isebrand passed away at the Titonka Care Center on Sunday, November 2.

Edith (Pannkuk) Isebrand was born on December 10, 1900 in rural Titonka, the daughter of Sever and Minnie (Schrader) Pannkuk. She attended school in rural Titonka.

On February 27, 1918 she was united in marriage to Senbus Isebrand at Titonka. To this union five children were born.

They farmed in the area until 1942, when they moved into town and ran a feed store and produce station. Edith loved to cook for her family and friends and also enjoyed fishing.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxilliary in Titonka and an active member of her circle in the Ramsey Reformed Church.

She had been a resident of the Titonka Care Center since 1982.

She is survived by four sons, Merlin of Okeechobee, Florida; Morris, Richard and Herb all fo Titonka and one duaghter, Mrs. Eldon (Deloris) Gross of Nevis, Minnesota. There are 16 grand children, 44 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Sever of Omaha, NB and Raleigh of Ashland, NB.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Senus in 1985, three brothers, one sister and two grndchildren and one great-grandchild."
