Excerpt from his obituary in the 11 Mar 1976 Metamora Herald: Born 28 May 1905 to Jacob Eilts and Mary Vosberg. He married Pearl Ruch in Pattonsberg IL on 10 Feb 1927. Survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Yount, sisters Ameila Kemery of Roanoke, Alvina Arends of Roanoke, Mary McDaniels of New Port Ritchie FL, Dena Tomlinson of Washburn and brother George of Washburn.
