My hypothesis is Arnold & Henry are Anglicazations of German names. - D.A. Navorska - iii Nov MMXVIII - in proximo Grove, OK

The nation of Deutschland (Eng. = Germany) came about with the signing of the treaty that ended the Franco-Prussian War, say with the Treaty of Frankfort 10 May 1871. On 18 Jan 1871, King William (Wilhelm) I of Prussia was crowned German emporer at Versailles.

Any references to events happening in Deutschland (Germany) before 1871 are generalizations, because the nation, as such, did not exist earlier than 1871. - D.A. Navorska - iii Nov MMXVIII - in proximo, Grove, OK.
