Chely Ann Dockter was born on March 3, 1952, the eldest of five children, at St. Bernards Hospital in Milbank to Lowell and Ruth (Aden) Dockter.
Although she favored the sunlight and warmth of a summer day, Chely found delight in all seasons. She enjoyed tending to her garden and kept the most beautifully groomed flower beds. Chely also found pleasure in outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and living a country western life that truly was her passion.
Chely is survived by her parents, Lowell and Ruth Dockter of South Shore; sister, Marcene Dockter of Watertown; brother and sister-in-law, Merle and Sheila Dockter and their children, Ben Dockter and Hana Dockter, all of Billings; brother, Dwight Dockter of South Shore; and by significant other, Scott Bradbury of Billings.
She was preceded in death by her infant sister, Darla Mae; fraternal and maternal grandparents; many aunts and uncles; and by one cousin.
