Note: OBIT: Monday, 27 Mar 1967 - Coshocton Tribune, pg 7 Miss Elma Geese, 77, former Orange and Akron resident, died Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Orient State Institute in Pickaway County. She was born in Oxford Township, a daughter of Edward and Mary E. Richmond Geese. She was never married. Survivors include one uncle, Joe Geese, West Lafayette; one nephew, Raymond J. Richmond, West Lafayette Route 1; and three nieces, Mrs. Emma Henderson, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Mrs. Nia Widder, Newcomerstown Route 2, and Mrs. Helen Hottle,Akron; and several cousins. A brother, Harry Geese, Akron, with whom she made her home, died in 1965.

She was a former member of the Orange Methodist Church. She had been a resident of the Orient State Institute for the past 15 years. Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Bonnell-OÙuNeill Funeral Home, West Lafayette, with Rev. George Shurtz, Newcomerstown, officiating. Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and until time of services Tuesday.
