They have four children living; Alex,born 1841, is married and lives in Adams twp; Elizabeth, born Jan 1848, is married and lives in Davis Co, Indiana; Laura B. born 28 Aug 1863, and Agnes C. b9orn 21 Jan 1866, are unmarried and live in Chili. Mr. Shultz enlisted in 1861 inCo. C., seventy-seventh Pennsylvania Regiment.He was in the battles of Liberty, Hoover's Gap, Pittsburg Landing, Chickamauga, and a number of skirmishes. He was in the service over three years. He is now livning on a farm of eighty acressouth of Chili."
