"Kannegieter, Albert - Bertha Bruns

Albert and Bertha were married in Little Rock, Iowa. They farmed at Toronto and Willow Lake, South Dakota and then moved back to Little Rock. In 1940, they moved to a farm near George. Elsewhere in this book are pictures of the winddamage done on their farm in 1940. They retired from farming and moved into George where they were active in the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church.

Albert was an inventor and had two registered patents related to farming. He also attended the School of Traction Engineering at the University of Minnesota, which qualified him to operate steam engines. Bertha was a very busy wife andmother and helped in farming operations.
