Death Claims Mrs. Girard

Mrs. Margaret Ann Girard. 85, widow of Charles Girard, died at 3:45 o'clock Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs Clint Heiny, west of Lake Cicott on route 6. Logansport. She had been an invalid fourteen years. She was born in Jackson township White County, on March 1, 1864 She was the daughter of George and Mary Shafer, and was a member of the Idaville Church of God. Her husband died in 1945. Two sons, John, of rural route, Idaville, and Roy, Tipton, and two daughters, Mrs. Inez Julian city, and Mrs. Heiny: eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren survive.

Final rites will be held at 2:30 clock Friday afternoon DST at the Idaville church of God. Rev. Loyd Overmyer in charge. Burial
will be in the Davis Cemetery near Burnettsville. Friends may call at the Heiny home after noon Thursday. The Miller funeral home of Monticello is in charge of funeral arrangements.
