Sylvia P. Viers (1912 - 2005) ALVORDTON - Sylvia P. Viers, 93, of Alvordton, died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005, in her home.

The daughter of Allie May (Ferrenburg) and George Albert Eby, she was born July 7, 1912, in New Madrid, Mo. She was the widow of Andrew J. "Jack" Viers, who preceded her in death in March 1985.

A homemaker, she was a member of the West Fulton Dunkard Brethren Church in Fulton County. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Ledyard of Fayette; ... 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her husband, were her parents; two sons, Robert and Roger Viers; a grandson, Jerry Viers; two great-grandchildren; ... ..."
