HEELEN M (HARLOW) BALL
Heelen was the daughter of Rosanna (Cooley) and John D. Harlow. Her father died about one month before her birth. She was raised by her mother and her step father, Alonzo Alfons Siler.

On Aug 31, 1918 she married Ora William Ball, son of Arminta Jane (Cooper) and Albert Ball. They were married in Delaware County, Indiana. To this union was born; Hubert, Helen and Lloyd.
