OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)

Mrs. Minnie Jane Needham, 80, 809 Stitt Street, who suffered a broken hip in a fall at home two weeks ago, died in the Wabash County Hospital Sunday morning at 6 o'clock. She was a Wabash resident for the last 43 years.

Mrs. Needham was affilitted with the First Methodist Church and for many years was active in the Women's Relief Corps.

She was born in Hartford City on May 28, 1867, the daughter of Henry Stone and Mary Belle (Clevenger) Cooley. She was married to Perry W. Needham, who preceded her in death in January 1935.

Survivors include two daughters, Miss Odette Needham, this city, and Mrs. Earl Kantzer Sr., Logansport; a sister, Mrs. Will Smith, Muncie; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Jones Funeral Home where friends may call and where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Samuel Emerick officiating. #Burial will be in Falls Cemetery.
