Otranto,IA--Kenneth Naber, 67, formerly of Otranto, died Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Allen Hospital in Waterloo.

Graveside services were held at 11 AM Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Newburg Cemetery Carpenter with Rev. Gary Gonnerman officiating.

Kenneth Robert Naber son of Marion and Hattie Naber was born on December 25, 1942 in Osage, IA. He graduated from high school in St. Ansgar in 1961. He joined the Army National Guard in March of 1961.

On April 20, 1962 Kenneth was wed to Joyce Griga and to this union there is five children: Karen (Brian) Gregory of Steamboat Rock, IA; Janice (James) Martindale of Chickasaw, AL; James (Sherrie) Naber of Fort Worth, TX; Kirk Naber of Winterset, IA; Kenneth Jr. (Sonia) Naber of Granger, IA. He was then wed to Nancy Boatwright of Des Moines in 1978. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and any nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 brothers 1 sister and 1 grandson. Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar was in charge of arrangements. (641)713-4920.
