Note, Hannover is both a city & a kingdom of Deutschland. Ostfriesland was a part of Hannover; however Hannover, the city, is not a part of Ostfriesland. The kingdom of Ostfriesland emcompassed more than just Ostfriesland.

Also, the area known as Ostfriesland included some independent cities that did not belong to Hannover.

I am going to use Hannover as the province in which Fentje was born, not Hannover city. It should be noted also that about the time of her birth, Hannover became a province of Prueßen because Hannover allied itself with the loosing sidein the Prußen - Osterreich war.
