OBIT: Published 2/10/2001 in The Toledo Blade Mrs. Zelda L. "Putch Byington, 75, of Swanton, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2001 in the Harborside Health Care Center, Swanton. She was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts and was in charge of Lucas Co. Troop #336 Day Camp and manyother Girl Scout activities. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Clarence J. Byington; daughter, Susan L. Champion; granddaughter, Spring L. Adams (Doug Jones)l grat-grandsons: Austin L. Jones and Kodi D. Jones; sister, Hollis and brothers, Fritz, Al, Lavernand McMillan. Friends may call at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave., on Sunday and Monday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 13, at 10 a.m. from the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riversidee Cemetery,Maumee, OH. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Shriner's Children Hospital, or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Wauseon, OH. Change Date: 18 Feb 2008 ...
