"Obituary Gustav was confirmed in the Lutheran faith in the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Yellowbank Twp.

They made their home in Yellowbank township until 1915 when they moved to another farm in Odessa township.

Gustav died at his home in Odessa, MN. Buried Odessa Cemetery, Odessa, Lac Qui Parle Co, MN.

Survived by: wife, Lydia; three daughters: Luella Klepel of Ortonville, MN; Myrtle Pomernke of Odessa, MN and Pearl at home; one son, Earl of Ortonville, MN; four grandchildren; three sisters: Bertha Zempel of Big Stone City, SD; MarthaBeutler of Nessau, MN and Lilly Oehler of Ortonville, MN; four brothers: Arthur of Milbank, SD; Emil of Ortonville, MN and Paul and Walter of Big Stone City, SD."
