Born in Holthuserheide. Died in Perry Twp., Lincoln Co., SD.

I have both Perry Twp. & Lennox as place of death. Individuals from SD seem to be hesitant to refer to townships. Often, the nearest village where their post office is located is erroneously used as the place of the event when, in reality, the event took place outside the city limits on a farm in a township. Given that state of affairs, whenever there is a conflict betwixt a village & a township for the location where an event took place, I usually assume the township is more likely be the location of the event than the town where the post office is located. - D.A.
