Funeral Services Held For Mrs. Ehno Folkerts

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, September 11 at the Ramsey Reformed Church for Mrs. Ehno Folkerts, 57, who passed away Friday morning at her farm home southwest of Titonka. Rev. John Janssen officiated at the services withinterment in the church cemetery. Blake Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, her parents, Mr and Mrs Warner Smidt, Sr., and five children, Mrs. Paul (Wanda) Rosscamp, Titonka; Mrs. Donald (anna Grace) Tegtmeyer, Tripoli; Franklin, Burt; Elaine and Ronald, at home.

There are also five grandchildren, six brothers and two sisters including Meindert Smidt, Woden; Simon, Enko, John Warner Smidt, Jr. of Titonka; Rev. Esdert Smidt, Dumont; Mrs Fred (Jennie Gray; and Mrs Floyd (Grace) Huisman.

Also surviving is a foster daughter, Mrs John (Elsie Janssen, Huron, S. D. an infant son, Gary, preceded her in death.

Surviving as casket attendants were Eugene Jandl, Donald Eden, Harm Huisinga, Richard Cosgrove, Mennet Trunkhill and H. W. Kitzinger." <>
