Na het overlijden van Janna Stegink op 21-07-1862 wordt de boedelinventaris beschreven op 01-04-1863 bij notaris H.W. van Marle te Deventer, akte nr.4898, Deventer GA Inv. nr. 83.

Als bewoners en pachters kopen zij op 31-08-1876 erf en goed "Bleumink" van Jan Izaak van Doornick te Zwolle voor f 35.000, beschreven bij notaris H.Houck te Deventer akte 2541, Deventer GA inv.nr.505. Maar het zit hun niet mee. Tegenslag en dierziekten nopen hen de boerderij op 04-12-1885 te verkopen aan zijn ongehuwde neef Hermannus Schoneveld en nicht Johanna Elisabeth Schoneveld beide landbouwers te Olst,(zie info onder Hermannus Schoneveld).
Neef Steven Schoneveld en nicht Janna Schoneveld, landbouwers uit Olst komen per 01-03-1886 op de boerderij en nemen de bouwerij over.
Het gezin van Jan Schoneveld en Tonia Stegink vertrekken op 22 maart 1886 van Bathmen, boerderij "Bleumink" (Dotherhoek nr 13/9) naar Kring van Dorth, gemeente Gorssel, pachtboerderij "de Sloeze", Dorterhoek nr. 49. Het is een pachtboerderij van Huize Dorth. Door vererving kwam deze boerderij in handen van legerarts Dr.ten Cate, die het in 1918/19 verkocht aan zoon Klaas Schoneveld.
