Aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Leo Frans. De voornoemde vertooning en verklaring gedaan in tegenwoordigheid van Frans Hoet, koster-onderwijzer, oud dertig jaren en van Jan Helegeer, veldwahter, oud veertig jaren, beide alhier woonende. De vader heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven bij onkunde, de getuigen hebben deze akt met ons geteekend na gedane lezing.
