Op 19 maart 1783 leenden Govert Muijs en Alijda van Arler, burgers en inwoners van de stad Amersfoort, van Mr. Jan Both Hendriksen, secretaris van de stad Amersfoort een bedrag van 600 gulden. Als onderpand dienden hun huis, erf en grond aan de Krommestraat in Amersfoort met aan de ene zijde Kerssen, grutter, en aan de andere zijde Frederik Musman. Schijnbaar hadden zij dit huis verhuurd want als huurder van dit huis wordt Reinier Keizer genoemd.


 


Op 10 oktober 1785 leenden zij 300 gulden van Johanna Everarda Brouwer, weduwe van Willem Werneke. Wederom dienden hun huis, erf en grond aan de Krommestraat, "met een vrije uitgang daarnaast", als onderpand. De buren zijn dan Cornelis van Munster en wederom Frederik Musman.


 


Op 28 februari 1789 werd het huis door Geurt van den Bogaard, procureur, als speciale vertegenwoordiger van Govert Muijs en Alijda van Arler aan Reinir Keyzer (de eerdere huurder) verkocht. Cornelis van Munster en Frederik Mu(y)sman waren ook toen de buren. Met de (onbekende) opbrengsten van het huis, erf en grond werd waarschijnlijk de lening van 10 oktober 1785 afbetaald want deze werd op 27 februari 1789 doorgehaald en geroyeerd (Bron: Transportregisters oud rechterlijk archief Amersfoort).
