Geboren Wijntje Middelhoven, d.v. Anthonie Middelhoven, 41 jaar, wever en zijne echtgenote Trijntje Blom, zonder beroep, op Woensdag den 7 den Mei 1879 des morgens 8 ure, ten woonhuize van hem de comparant te Geldersch Veenendaal, binnen deze Gemeente (Ede), is bevallen van een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, aan hetwelk hij verklaard heeft dat door hem de voornaam is gegeven van Wijntje.
De getuigen waren: Adriaan Hoffmann, 44 jaar, commies ter Secretarie en Hendrik van Raaij, 29 jaar, gemeentebode, wonende beiden binnen deze Gemeente (Ede).
