Deze verklaring is in November 1555 bevestigd door Balthazar van Brederode, bij open brief in dato 28 Junij 1557, welke in dato 27 Augustus 1590 is geregestreerd ten kantore van Arien Gerrit Egmont, openbaar Notaris bij den Hove van Holland te Alkmaar.---------------------------------------------------
