Arnold Holmboe (født 11. mars 1873 i Beitstad i Malm, død 27. juli 1956) var en norsk forretningsmann, stortingsrepresentant og statsråd (V). Holmboe tok juridisk embetseksamen 1900. Han hadde advokatpraksis i Steigen, Harstad og Tromsø, før han blei direktør i Tromsø Sparebank fra 1913 til 1928. Han var medlem av Tromsø bystyre fra 1907 og ordfører i flere perioder. Han satt på Stortinget for Venstre i to perioder, 1922–24 og 1928–30. Han var innvalgt for de nordnorske byene (Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø, Hammerfest, Vardø og Vadsø). Holmboe var justisminister 1922–23 i Otto Albert Blehrs (V) 2. regjering og finansminister 1924–26 i Movinckels (V) 1. regjering. Fra 1928 til 1943 var Holmboe direktør ved Vinmonopolet. Etter krigen var han medlem av Undersøkelseskommisjonen av 1945 og komiteen som granska Norges Banks virksomhet i okkupasjonsåra.
