Anna Maria Trip was dochter van Hendrik Trip, wiens grootvader met zijn zwager Louis de Geer het Trippenhuis in Amsterdam heeft gebouwd (die Trip,vrouwen dochter geschilderd door Rembrandt, ouders Nat. Gallery London, dochter Rijksmuseum).

Zij bewoonde het oude Martini-weem [?] aan de ZuidzijdeMartini-kerkhof.

[vanaf 1712 tot 1713] Bronnen zijn het niet eens over haar geboortejaar: 1712 of 1713. Maar gezien de doopdatum vanhaar broer Abraham in September1713 lijkt het geboortejaar 1712 het meest waarschijnlijk.

[mei 1731] Een andere bron geeft hun huwelijksdatumals 11 Mei 1731 (volgens Proclamatieboek Groningen 21 April 1731).

[6 mei 1731] "Het is vooral aan dit huwelijk, van Wicher van Swinderen,dat de familie van Swinderen hare opkomst in de provincie Groningen en harebetrekking met twee aanzienlijke geslachten, die der Trippen en der Gockinga's,en een, naar den tijd, groot vermogen te danken heeft gehad, daarAnna Maria Trip, weduwe van Wicher van Swinderen, bij haar overlijden vele goederenheeft nagelaten. nl: ƒ 641.000,--."

[6 juli 1778] Anna Maria Trip laat aan haarzoon Abraham van Swinderen de helft van 2538/7200 van het Noorder Trippenhuis na, welk aandeel op ƒ 5000,--geschat werd.
