LEWE VAN ADUARD (Joncker Berend), geb. in 1710, zoon van Evert Joost en Christina Emerentia van Berum; broeder van den volg.; hij was generaal en chef,gouverneur en kastelein van Sluis in Vlaanderen en overl. 1791. Hij was gehuwd in 1730 met Catharina van Wijhevan Ecken Wiel, dochter van baron EverhardJan en Hendrina Bentinck.
