72 Lena Vermaat gehuwd met Jan de Jong bouwman wonende Biert en Phulp Vermaat bouwman wonende Geervliet verwijzen naar het testament van hun vader Rochus Vermaat eigenaar gewoond hebbende onder Spijkenisse gemaakt op 06/06/1815 voor zelfde notaris en op 04/06/1825 met de dood bekrachtigd waarbij hij bepaalde dat zijn zoon David op het afsterven de keuze had om zijn testateurs bouwmanswoning onder Spijkenisse getekend met 153 en alle daarbij behorende landerijen en bos bij de akte van scheiding te laten toebedelen voor 200 gld per gemet en dit bij notariele akte te bevestigen, hetgeen hij bij deze doet. De andere twee kinderen gaan met deze keuze accoord. Dirk zal de meerdere waarde boven zijn vaderlijk erfdeel aan de andere erfgenamen uitreiken. Getuigen Bastiaan de Winter melkboer en Abraham Smits melkboer beiden wonende Spijkenisse.
