After logging in via the menu (top right), select the Manage publication option. You now see the details of the publications and links to actions that you can perform, choose Refresh Publication (Upload GEDCOM) . Via the Browse ... button you can select the updated GEDCOM file. After uploading, it is automatically processed (you will receive confirmation via e-mail).
