Family Archivist and Genealogy Online work together. Your family tree is on Genealogy Online. Your photos, documents and stories are in your family archive. By linking them you bring both together.

What does it give you?

  • In descriptions, stories and responses you can link names to persons in your family tree.
  • The public page of your archive shows a link to your publication.
  • Family members see with every photo how the persons fit into the family tree.

How to link

  1. Go to Genealogy Online in the management menu.
  2. Choose the publication you want to link. You only see publications that belong to your own account.
  3. Save.

Do you not have a publication on Genealogy Online yet? Then you can create one in four steps. Publishing is free.

Unlinking

On the same page you can remove the link again. The links to persons that are already in texts then no longer work.
