    Andrew Campbell, 82, of Morrisdale died Friday, June 29, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lorena Bourgof in Hopatang, N. J. He had a severe heart condition for several months.

    Born at Loch Fitty, Beath Parish, Scotland, January 4, 1870, he was a son of Alex Campbell. The deceased moved to this country when he was 17 years old and worked in the mines near Morrisdale. He was a member of the original soccer football team there. For 20 years he worked as janitor at the Morris Township High School. His wife, Mary Mate Fowler, preceded him in death 10 years ago.

    He is survived by four sons, Alex, Morrisdale; Samuel and William, Philadelphia and James, Detroit, Michagen., and by a daughter, Mrs. Lorena Bourgof, Hopatang, N. J. Also surviving are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

    Friends may call at the home of his son, Alex, in Morrisdale from this afternoon and until time of the services on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Services will also be held at the Morrisdale Methodist Church on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., Rev. Michael Hammond officiating. Burial will be in the Emigh Cemetery.

    "Funeral services for the late Mary Campbell, wife of Andrew Campbell, Morrisdale, were held Wednesday afternoon, January 26, at the Morrisdale Episcopal Church, in charge of the pastor, the Rev. R. O. Bottorf, who was assisted by the Rev. Harold Pruyn, of Altoona, former pastor of the Morrisdale Church.

    "At the beginning and ending of the services hymns were played on the chimes which were recently installed in the church.

    "The funeral was one of the largest ever held in Morrisdale and the many beautiful flowers sent by sorrowing friends, paid silent tribute to the esteem in which this noble woman was held by all who knew her.

    "Ten nieces served as flower bearers and the following nephews as casket bearers, James Fowler, Alex Fowler, James Walker, …

    "Burial was made at the Emigh Cemetery in Morrisdale.
