Pag.108: (Dat hij met Jan Jans Feitsma) geweest is bij 't Collumer Vallaat.. en wel op 't ogenblik dat de oproerigen de persoon van Abele Wijbrens Keuning mishandelden, dat toen daar bij stond Jan Andries, gewezen Executeur van Collumerland, dat Jan Jans Feitsma, deze mishandelingen ziende, er zeer over aangedaan was en zeide: "Mijn God, Executeur, gaat er tog heen, en help de man!" Dat (hij) daar op antwoorde: "Ik durf niet, want dan raake wij beide dood, dan moet de Oude Executeur heene." Dat Jan Jans Feitsma daar op zeide: "Ja, toe, Jou dan maar Jan Andries, dat is ook zo al zoo goed!"

Wagenaar te Buitenpost: Jan Jans Feitsma, 43 jaar, buiten Friesland geboren, strafmaat: een som van500 goudguldens en de kosten van het proces: "Op alles rijpelijk gelet en geconsidereert hebbende hetgeene men in dezen behoorde te considereeren in de name en vanwegens het Bataafsche volk, condemneert de gev. ter zaake dat hij op den 4 en 5 Febr. 1797 terwijl er te Collum eenig oproer was, zig aldaar heeft laaten zien en ten huize van den Castelein Jan Domring komende, tegen dezelve heeft gezegd allo Jan met of dood." Etc. Jan Jans heeft 4 maanden op het blokhuis in Leeuwarden in voorarrest gezeten.
