Hij belooft in 10 termijnen te betalen, nu 125 car.gld. waarmee bij ontvangst van het schip al twee termijnen zijn betaald en de resterende 8 gelijke termijnen in acht opeenvolgende jaren, zoals hij verkoper de andere helft aan Boele Lamberts Weijer heeft verkocht. Borgen: Boele Lambers Weijer en Arent Clasen, mede namens zijn vrouw Anna, stellen zich ieder borg voor de betaling van 500 car.gld.
