    In 1779 verkoopt Trijntje Lauffer, "de weduwe van Johannes Leudscher", aan haar zoon Jacob het "Nieuwe Vinkhuis" met de vaste beklemming van 85 grazen land en een jaarlijkse huur van f 75,- en 7 grazen land met een jaarlijkse huur van f 10,-,tezamen voor f 3000,-.
