    Op 3 mei 1756 verkopen de gebroeders Maurits en D. I. (= Daniel Jacob) Clant van Hankema vier grazen land te Zuidhorn aan de chirurgijn P. (= Pieter) Nanninga en zijn vrouw Aaltjen Hansen. De weidegrond grenst aan de noordkant aan de landerijen van de erfgenamen van de Heer Overste F. D. V. (= Fecco Dominicus van) Sijtzama*, ten oosten aan de Pastorie van Zuidhorn, ten zuiden aan de gemelde Pastorie en de Kerke van Zuidhorn, en ten westen aan de Here Weg. De verkoopsom bedraagt 650 Carolus gulden, welk bedrag volledig van de kopers is ontvangen. Ter bevestiging van de gemaakte afspraken is dit document in tweevoud opgesteld, verzegeld en ondertekend door de verkopers.
