Hij koopt in 1814 samen met zijn broer Peter een perceel heide onder Hilvarenbeek van Jan Storms.
In dat jaar verkoopt hij voor 80 gulden een huisje met hof aan de Abcoven, door hem 2.5.1809 gekocht van het gemeentebestuur van Goirle, aan zijn zwager Lambert Vrijssen.
Een half huisje bestaande uit een kamer en 14 roeden hof aan de Abcoven kocht hij in 1803 van Jan de Hoog.
Enkele weken voor zijn dood verkoopt hij zijn deel in het perceel heide onder Hilvarenbeek aan Arnoldus van Erven.
