    Mr. Bert Mulder, 85, of 408 Elm Avenue, Waupun, died Thurs., May 29, 1986 at Waupun Memorial Hospital.

    Mr. Mulder was born on Oct. 24, 1900 in the Town of Alto, the son of the late Gerrit and Nellie Hopp Mulder.

    He married Bertha Wiltjer on June 14, 1922 in Vesper, Wis. The couple farmed in the Town of Alto until 1959 when they moved to the City of Waupun. He was also employed by Westra Construction and Canned Foods, of Waupun.

    He was a member of Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Waupun where he served as Elder.

    Survivors include two sons, Gerald Mulder of Waupun and Bernard Mulder of Rural Waupun; three daughters, Mrs. Warren (Kathryn) Derksen, Mrs. Wallace (Helen) Neevel, Mrs. Harvey (Clara Mae) Flier, all of Waupun; 22 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Greenfield of Waupun, and one brother, Mr. Myron Mulder of Bradenton, Fla.

    He was preceded in death by his wife in November of 1981, two brothers, one sister, two grabdchildren.

    Funeral services were held Mon., June 2 at Bethal Christian Reformed Church in Waupun. The Rev. James Cooper officiated. Burial followed at Alto Cemetery in Alto.
