the perishable property of estate of sd dec'd upon credit of six months.
Ord. that Henry Best, Esqr, Valentine Richardson, James Hinson & James
Smith be apptd Commissoners to lay off & allot to Rebecca Dyson, widow
of Simon Dyson, dec'd, one years allowance for her & family out of the
crop stock provisions & money & that they report thereof to next Term of
