Eva Thelma Irvine Whiles, 91, died Sun., Dec. 24, 2006 at Golden Rule Nursing Home in Richmond, Ind.She was born on March 5, 1915 in Rock Lick Creek, Ky., daughter of the late Albin and LouVada Shadoan Irvine. She was a homemaker.She is survived by two sons, Gale Whiles of Mooreland, Ind. and MarionIrvine of Science Hill, one sister, Mathel Wesley of Science Hill, eightgrandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Clay Whiles, who died on April 1, 1992, her parents, one son, Lowell Elmer Whiles, one daughter, Joyce Colleen Jeffers, two brothers, Esker and Edsel Irvine and one sister, Elfrid Hall.A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Thurs., Dec. 28, 2006 at Morris &Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Bert Hall officiating.Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.Visitation will be after 6 PM Wed. at the funeral home.
