Eldon Ray Wesley, 65, of Wheeldon Road in Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at his residence.He was born in Ansel, Kentucky on August 11, 1943, son of the late Mitchelland Patsy Gadberry Wesley. He was a timber cutter.He is survived by his wife, Stella Wiles Wesley, whom he married on March 9, 1961, three daughters, Trish & (Zack) Burton of Nancy and Melissa Wesley and Lisa & (Kevin) McKee, both of Science Hill, five brothers, Ronald Wesley and Junior Wesley, both of the Jacksonville community, Lawrence Wesley and Raven Wesley, both of Science Hill and Ira Wesley of Cincinnati, OH, two sisters, Dovie Haste of Science Hill and Ila Jean Hendricks of the Ansel Community and five grandchildren, Brandon McKee, Brittany McKee, R.J. Dick, Jordan Dick and Devin Burton.He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Gladstone Wesley,Ivan Wesley, Donald Wesley and Boyd Wesley and two sisters, Alice Norris and Dora Kaye Wesley.A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Morris& Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Wendell Butt officiating.Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery.Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
