Lawrence Edward "Buck" Wesley, 63, of West Highway 452 in Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2008 at his residence.He was born in Ansel, Kentucky on September 8, 1945, son of the late William Mitchell and Patsy Gadberry Wesley. He was a former employee of Hincle Contracting and Oakwood. He loved his garden, the great outdoors and being with family and friends. He was of the Christian faith and a member of Science Hill Christian Church. He was a kind, loving man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.He is survived by his wife, Faye Spears Wesley, whom he married on April 25, 1964, one son, William "Rick" & (Lynn) Wesley of Science Hill, one daughter, Della & (Dale) Ridner of Eubank, five grandsons, Mitchell Wesley, Timothy Ridner, Jacob Abrams, Jason Abrams and Jonathon Ridner, three granddaughters, Nikki Wesley, Angela Ridner and Jessica & (Bryan) Cook, six great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Michell, Skyler and Isaih Godsey and Gracy and Bryan Anthony Cook, four brothers, Ira & (Mary) Wesley of Ohio, and Ronald & (Eva) Wesley, William "JR" Wesley and Raven & (Fern) Wesley, all of Science Hill, two sisters, Dovie & (Glen) Haste and Illa Jean Hendricks, both of Science Hill, two sisters-in-law, Stella and Jean Wesley and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Alice Norris andDelida Mae Wesley and five brothers, Gladstone, Boyd, Ivan, Eldon and Donald Wesley.A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Monday, December 1, 2008 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Lucas officiating.Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery.Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.Donations may be made to the Science Hill Christian Church Building Fund.
