Willem IV (?, 1317 - Stavoren, 26 september 1345) was graaf van Holland en, als Willem II, van Henegouwen. Hij volgde zijn vader Willem III op.
Veel is er niet over hem bekend. Hij staat bekend als Willem de Stoute (Le conte fou) en moet een moedige ridder geweest zijn.

Van zijn dood tijdens de Slag bij Warns op 26 september 1345 is wel veel bekend. Samen met zijn oom, Jan van Beaumont, graaf van Soissons, trok hij op naar Friesland, en wel naar Stavoren om daar bij het Sint Odulphusklooster een sterke vesting te maken. Geharnast, maar zonder paarden, trokken ze brandschattend op. De plaatselijke bevolking had echter een hinderlaag voorbereid en in het moerassige landschap werden de Hollanders verpletterend verslagen. Ook Willem verloor hier zijn leven.

Hij werd opgevolgd door zijn zuster Margaretha van Beieren, de vrouw van de Duitse Keizer Lodewijk. De heerschappij van Margaretha leidde tot de Hoekse en Kabeljauwse twisten
