Groningen op 18 juli 1769, overleden in het jaar 1815, dochter van
Willem Alberts en Grietje Derks.
Joseph Lacroij (mede comparerende voor zijn huisvrouw Jantje Willems)
koopt van Harm Jans en Trijntje Lammerts een kamer ten N. in de
Molenstraat met een hofjen terzijden, doende tot grondpacht aan de stad
11 st., reeds aanvaard. Zwetten ten N. H. Konens, ten O. de koopman Jan
Sickens, ten Z. de straat en ten W. H.F. Menseboer. Prijs Ÿ 185,-.
Contant betaald Ÿ 35,-, de rest hypotheek … 4% (GAG III x 194, fol.
1-5-1793.
Hij verkoopt deze kamer op 1-5-1804 aan zijn broer Ariaan voor Ÿ 350,-,
waarvan Ÿ 50,- contant werd betaald. Volgens kantmelding was het op
30-5-1808 afbetaald. (GAG III x 214, fol. 190 vo).
(Zij is later getrouwd te Groningen op 24 juli 1814 met Izebrand
Cornelis IJzebrands, touwslagersknecht, geboren te Groningen op 4
september 1778, zoon van Cornelis IJzebrands en Johanna Pieters.)
