Bij de huwelijksakte is aangetekend dat de familienaam van zowel de bruidegoms als diens vader "van Die" luiden in plaats van "van Dien". Bij geboorteakten van de kinderen staan vergelijkbare aantekeningen, bij de geboorteakte van Heiltje staat zelfs dat abuisievelijk een verkeerde geslachtsnaam gebruikt is.
