Henrik van den Corput, vierde Zone van Mr. Johan van den Corput (burgemeester tot Breda), en Anthonia Montens, is geboren den 26.Mey 1536, Juris Consultus [= rechtsgeleerde], Vluchten in Septemb. 1567. met zijn Ouders, en zuster, en Broeders, voor de Tirannye van den Hertog van Alba, en begaf hen tot de Studie van de Theologie in de Paltz, van waar 1578 weder keerde, en werd binnen Dordrecht tot predikant Bevestigd 1578. Troude eerst 1562. met Adriana van Bregt, Geboren den 11 Maart 1546, die sterff in Dordrecht den 24. Maart 1584. Den 3. Januarij 1585. Troude hy in tweeden Huwelijk met heylwig Colvius, Geboren den 26. Mey 1558. hy sterff den 22 Augusti 1601. binnen Dordrecht, en legd met zijn eerste Vrou aldaar in de augustijne kerk op het Choor begraven, in't Graff, toebehorende aan den Geslachte van den Corput;


Henricus Corputius (zoon van Mr. Johan van den Corput en Anthonia Montens, zwager van Henricus Smetius) werd 27 juni 1573 ingeschreven als student van de universiteit van Heidelberg en was proponent te Dordrecht op 23 maart 1578.
