Crijntje Willems van der Koogh, geassisteert met Pleuntje Willems van der Koogh, haar zuster ONA Dordrecht inv. 831, akte 59, f. 194 e.v.:
3 augustus 1719 compareren voor notaris G. de Haan Nikolaas Maartensz. Broeksmith, molenaar op de zaagmolen van Jan van Wageningen en Quijrijntje Willemsdr., echtelieden wonende bij voornoemde molen omtrent de steenplaats buiten Dordrecht, hij ziek en zij gezond. Zij benoemen de langstlevende van hen beiden tot erfgenaam en voogd. De langstlevende zal gehouden zijn hun kinderen bij mondigheid of eerder huwelijk 2 gl. 10 st. uit te reiken. Hij tekent met zijn naam, zij zet een kruisje. Weeskamer Dubbeldam inv. 1, f. 10v en 11: November 1736 [zonder dagnummer]: Nikolaas Maartensz. Broeksmit, zaagmolenaar, weduwnaar van Quijrijntje Willemsdr., overleden in nov. 1736 onder de jurisdictie van Dubbeldam, verklaart de voogdij over hun minderjarige dochter te aanvaarden.
