    ten een uur is overleden Rozeman Zwier oud 39 jaren. Bouwvakarbeider geboren te Ambt Hardenberg en wonende te Den Ham echtgenoot van Grada Viscaal
    en zoon van Rozeman Johannes landbouwer en van Sieljes Maria Catharina zonder beroep beiden wonende te Ambt Hardenberg.

Notes about Zwier "Zwier" Rozeman

Zwier Rozeman is op 15 december 1896 te Slagharen geboren. Van zijn jeugd weten we nog weinig. Hij woonde te Slagharen 257.
Op 3 september 1920 moest hij Grada Viscaal trouwen en dat was een schandaal in Slagharen. Dit was ook de reden van de vestiging in Vroomshoop Hoofdstraat 32. Op 23 september datzelfde jaar heeft Toon Herzenberg, schoenmaker te Vroomshoop, hen geholpen. Een kleine twee maanden later werd Johannes (14/11/1920) geboren. Het vroege huwelijk van Zwier en Grada is lang verzwegen. Pas in januari 1998 wist Gerben dit te achterhalen via stamboomonderzoek.
Van zijn negen kinderen heeft hij de laatste niet meegemaakt. Al vroeg werd Zwier ziek en werd tot twee keer toe geopereerd in Amsterdam aan een hersentumor.
De opvoeding van negen kinderen was voor Grada een zware belasting. Volgens Albertus kreeg Grada veel hulp van vriendinnen. In die tijd gingen we twee keer per dag naar de kerk en Moeder ging ons dan voor. Volgens tante Marie had Grada voordat ze met Zwier trouwde een vriend uit Slagharen die nooit zelf trouwde.
Na het overlijden van Zwier heeft hij haar een huwelijks aan zoek gedaan maar Grada wilde niet trouwen. Deze vriend wilde desnoods alle kinderen er wel bij nemen.
Volgens Oom Jan was dit ene Hertsenberg.
